Who it is for

Concordia is for founders who have already built something and want the right people around them for what comes next.

Members are in their twenties and thirties, running businesses past seven figures, and they travel. They want trips that are properly organised, a room where nobody needs anything from them, and friendships that outlast the trip.

Membership is by application and reference. Revenue is verified before anyone is offered a place, and we turn away more people than we accept. If that sounds like a hurdle, this is not the club for you.

I. The network

People worth knowing

A vetted room of founders where character matters as much as the numbers. People who understand your world and become genuine friends.

In your first week we introduce you to five members chosen around your background, interests and location. One more curated introduction every month after that.

The app shows you who is in your city and who is landing soon, so you never arrive anywhere alone.

II. The travel

Experiences worth sharing

Twelve trips a year, each one built from scratch around a place, a sport or a season. Golf retreats, tennis championships, safari, ski weeks, yachts and Grand Prix weekends.

Every trip is priced at cost. The club takes no margin on travel, and the concierge handles everything from the villa to the dinner table.

Your passport fills with a stamp for every trip, and the member map shows where the club is at any moment.

III. The table

A seat worth taking

The Table is a monthly members' dinner in London and Dubai. You are seated next to the people you should meet, and every seat speaks once.

One club call a month, hosted by the founder. Mentors on health, tax, capital, growth and AI, each running their own chat, so you get a vetted answer before you pay a stranger for advice.

A 24/7 human concierge for travel and dining, with hotel rates up to 85% off published prices and selected flights up to 70% off.

In the company of members

Members, in their own words.

Six members on the friendships, conversations and trips that stayed with them. Filmed on club trips, unscripted.

I didn't know what to expect, because when you come on one of these retreats the people are everything. If the people aren't good, then no matter what the activities are, you're just not going to have fun. So I was a little bit sceptical to start with, but from the first five minutes that I met the boys, I knew. Seriously, I think I've met some friends for life.

Dion Zhubi

Niche commodities trading, Kosovo. @dion.zh

I never joined to network or for the people, because I always thought this online game was full of egos, and I really don't get along with those types of people. You said, just come to one, Dion, just come to one. I came to the first one, and I've been to every single one of them afterwards.

Miguel Mendez

Ecom marketing agency, Guatemala. @miguel.mendezb

The biggest shift has been clarity. Not necessarily on the professional side, but on the personal. Back in Guatemala I don't have a ton of perspective. You all gave me perspective on what I want, which I think is the most important thing. And getting to feel like you belong somewhere is big for me. The people I hang out with back home cannot even begin to relate to my problems. Here, a lot of your problems are very similar to mine.

George Lindh

Retention marketing, United Kingdom. @georgelindh__

I never would have expected to be in this position a year ago. I would have thought it would have been a lonely journey. But just all the people I've met on the different trips, being able to jump on calls with the guys, if you ever have a problem, everyone is willing to offer advice. No one is gatekeeping anything. For me personally, it's one of the best investments I've ever made.

Koen Joosten

Real estate lead generation, Netherlands. @koen_joosten

I've been in three or four communities already and I've always got my value out of it, every time. In one of them I got one piece of advice, implemented it, and my business grew like 40%. In others I made friends I consider some of my best friends right now. You can't put a number on that. In the long run those decisions have a ripple effect.

James Parker

Renewable energy and metals, United Kingdom. @japarkerrr

I've never had it difficult to connect with like-minded people. The challenging part is that those people don't tend to be at the same stage in life as you. The reason I joined was to get that, and that's ultimately what I've got: people in a similar stage of life, in slightly different directions. Everyone's going for different goals and different ambitions, but we're in a similar place.

A note from Callum

I started Concordia because the better my business did, the smaller my world got. Old friends stopped relating and new ones wanted something.

So I built the room I wanted to be in. Founders my age, at my level, who travel well and tell the truth. A few years on there are more than two hundred of us across twenty four countries, and the trips are the best weeks of my year.

If that sounds like what you are missing, book the call. It is me or the team, twenty minutes, and you will know by the end of it.
