How we treat your information.

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not collect personal information on its own. When you book a call, the booking tool you are sent to collects your name, email address and the details you choose to give it, and the Concordia membership team uses them to hold the call and follow up with you.

If you apply for membership, the information in your application is used to assess it and, if a place is offered, to run your membership. It is held by Concordia Members' Club and the small number of services we use to operate the club, and it is not sold or passed to anyone else.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time by writing to support@theconcordiaclub.com.
